InterObservers
About & Editorial Standards
InterObservers is a small, independent publication with practical guides on leadership, management, communication, careers, marketing and business software. It is run by one editor, with most of the research and drafting done by AI tools.
What we publish
Explainers, how-to guides, templates and software comparisons for managers, team leads and small-business owners. Our aim is information you can act on, with the sources that back it up.
How our software guides are made
- Research, not lab tests. Software guides are based on vendor documentation, published pricing pages, product help centres and independent reviews, checked at the time of writing. Unless an article says otherwise and gives a date, we have not personally tested the product.
- Pricing and features change. We state prices and plans as we found them on the vendor's site. Always confirm current terms with the provider before you buy.
- Comparisons are editorial opinion. Rankings and "best for" labels reflect our reading of the evidence for a given use case. They are not guarantees and not the result of paid placement.
How articles are produced, and how we use AI
- AI-assisted research and drafting. Most articles are researched and drafted by AI models that follow our written editorial rules. We say so plainly because you should know how the page you are reading was made.
- Automated checks before publishing. Every draft is checked for structure, sources, broken links and claims we do not allow (for example, first-person testing or experience claims without evidence) before it can go live. Drafts that fail are rewritten.
- Human oversight. The InterObservers editor sets the editorial rules, chooses what we cover, reviews pages flagged by our checks or by readers, and is responsible for what we publish.
- Sources. Factual claims link to their sources, and we prefer primary and official ones. Legal, tax and financial topics carry a notice that they are general information, not professional advice.
How we make money
InterObservers is paid for by display advertising and affiliate commissions. When you buy through some of our links we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Pages with affiliate links say so above the first link. We do not sell placements in our rankings. Details are in our affiliate disclosure.
Bylines
Most articles are researched and drafted by AI models following our editorial rules. The byline on an article means that the InterObservers editor edits the site, sets those rules and is accountable for every article. It does not mean that the editor wrote every line or personally tested the products and methods an article covers.
